The actions seen on the screen are manipulated using MySQL triggers in a virtual environment.

This sort of video is a huge asset for 100 level training and documentation. It can be used internally and externally, enabling base level training and certification.
Done properly, these assets can last for years, and be used in multiple avenues of distribution.
